Yes—every work order is logged to its corresponding asset.

Can I manage both internal repairs and 3rd party service?

Yes - Renterra both allows you to track / manage internal repairs as well as track and bill for 3rd party repairs.

Do maintenance records affect availability?

Yes. Equipment under “Hard Down” maintenance is Unavailable until cleared.

Can I set up preventative maintenance schedules?

Yes. You can set up schedules by meter, number of rentals, or time interval, and customize them for every machine. Equipment that is under a "Soft Down" is also flagged so your team is aware of the issue.
