Referral Terms and Conditions
These Referral Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are between you (“Referrer”, “You”, “Your”) and Renterra, Inc. (“Renterra”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). By participating in the Renterra Referral Program (“Program”), You agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Participation & Eligibility
1.1 Who Can Participate.
To participate, you must be at least 18 years old and a current customer of Renterra in good standing. Employees of Renterra and their immediate family members are not eligible.
1.2 Qualified Referrals.
A “Qualified Referral” means a business or individual who:
- Has not previously been a customer of Renterra;
- Is not already in active sales contact with Renterra; and
- Completes a valid signup and purchase of a paying subscription plan.
1.3 How to Submit a Referral.
Referrals must be submitted via the official referral form on app.getrenterra.com. You must provide complete and accurate contact information for both Yourself and the referred party.
2. Referral Rewards
2.1 Reward Amount.
For each Qualified Referral that results in a paying customer, Renterra will award the Referrer a reward of $250 Amazon Gift Card (“Referral Reward”).
2.2 Payment Timing.
Rewards will be issued within 30 days of the referral converting to a paid plan and after the referred customer’s first successful payment.
3. Referral Qualifications & Exclusions
3.1 Non-Qualifying Referrals.
Referrals do not qualify when:
- Submitted by the business themselves (self-referral);
- The referred business is already in contact with sales; or
- Renterra determines the referral is fraudulent or unethical.
3.2 Multiple Referral Sources.
If multiple referrers submit the same lead, Renterra will determine in its sole discretion who is eligible for the Referral Reward.
4. Taxes & Information
4.1 Tax Responsibility.
Referrers are solely responsible for any taxes associated with Referral Rewards.
5. Relationship & Independence
Participation in this Program does not create an agency, partnership, employment, or joint venture relationship between Referrer and Renterra.
6. Marketing & Use of Materials
You agree not to use Renterra’s trademarks or marketing materials without prior written permission. Referrals must be made in compliance with applicable laws and without misleading representations.
7. Modifications & Termination
Renterra may modify or terminate this Program at any time, with or without notice. Rewards earned prior to termination will be honored if they meet these Terms.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
9. General Provisions
9.1 Assignment.
You may not assign these Terms without written consent. Renterra may assign these Terms at its discretion.
9.2 Severability.
If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect.
9.3 Entire Agreement.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the Program.
